We file personal income tax returns for employees and other private individuals in the Czech Republic: salary from a Czech or a foreign employer, a director's fee, rental income, interest and dividends, shares, ETFs and crypto, pensions and other income from abroad. We know how double tax treaties work and which tax benefits you can claim.

Who needs a tax return
- Employees with more than one employer at the same time, or one after the other without a signed tax declaration.
- Anyone with other income above 20,000 CZK a year next to the salary: rent, investments, a side job, income from abroad.
- Tax residents with income from abroad: a Czech tax resident declares their worldwide income.
- Employees who want tax benefits the employer's annual settlement did not include, or whose employer does not do the settlement.
- People who moved to or left the Czech Republic during the year.

How it works
1. Order and send your documents
Everything is done remotely. You fill in the online questionnaire and send your documents by e-mail or a shared folder. You make the power of attorney yourself online. Included, but optional: a document intake meeting to go through your details, your year and the tax rules.
2. We prepare your return
We calculate your tax and the tax benefits you can claim, apply the double tax treaty for income from abroad, and tell you about any issue with a suggested solution.
3. You approve, we file
You get an e-mail with the tax return as a PDF and an explanation in English. After your approval we file it with the tax office, and you get the payment instructions or the refund details.
Deadlines
The Czech tax year is the calendar year. The return for a year is due by 1 April on paper, by 1 May when filed electronically, and by 1 July when a tax advisor files it for you. Because our certified tax advisor files your return, you get until 1 July, as long as the power of attorney reaches the tax office before the first deadline. A deadline on a weekend or holiday moves to the next working day.
Price
The fee depends on the types of income you select in the order form: an easy case costs less. The basic return is 5,000 CZK (incl. VAT); see all prices for the additions.
